You wouldn’t think of running a marathon without training for it. Ballroom dancing – especially at the competitive level – is no different. An athletic sport that relies on balance, power, speed, agility and grace- We provide group classes and one-on-one training to properly prepare our competitive students for competition. You’ll feel better, look better and perform better – no matter what level of dancer you are!
Low-impact aerobics designed to burn fat and sculpt a lean, sexy body. Keep moving and have fun (without crazy choreography) for a head-to-toe workout that combines strength, endurance and stretching. For both women and men!
